From there you have direct access to a covered terrace which overlooks the fenced garden filled with olive trees. In it you can also find your own private swimming pool with a hydromassage part. The swimming pool is open from 01/05 until 15/10. There is a trampoline for the kids, fast WiFi network connection is secured as well as 2 parking spaces and a Garden-bathroom with washmachine within the estate.
The nearest beach is only a 5-minute car drive away, same distance for restaurants. A grocery store is located just down the street from your house and supermarkets in Zadar, the regional center of Northern Dalmatia is reachable in only 15-20 minutes. 2 National Parks can be visited in less than an hour drive (NP Krka and NP Paklenica) while National Park Kornati has daily organized excursions departing either from Zadar or Biograd.
