You found your hide-away with pool and privacy! This charming, newly built holiday home is located near Benkovac, in the hinterland of Zadar called Ravni Kotari. An area famous for its great wine, stone production and agriculture. Poolincluded Holiday home Sopot is an ideal choice for your next stress free vacation offering a comfortable stay for maximum 6 persons.
Outdoors, you will enjoy in a spacious garden with a 40 m² private swimming pool, a sundeck area with loungers, a large roofed outdoor kitchen with terrace with BBQ facilities and nice children's playground. The swimming pool is open from 01/05 until 30/10.
The interior of your holiday home spreads out on two floors. On the ground floor, next to the pool there is a recreational room and fully equipped bathroom. The first floor offers a modern living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 cozy bedrooms and second bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air condition and WiFi.
Your holiday home enjoys a great location as it is situated in a quiet area away from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to the sea and many sights worth exploring. The nearest sandy beach can be found in Pakostane which is located only a short 20-minute drive away. Right next to Pakostane, there is Biograd, a coastal town known for its marina, many nice restaurants, cafés and beach bars. The old town of Zadar is about half an hour away. There you can stroll through its narrow streets and visit interesting museums, old churches and other landmarks which Zadar is known for. From there, daily excursions to Kornati Islands National Park are organized. Also, in a radius of less than 1-hour drive, there are two more National Parks you can visit (NP Krka Waterfalls & NP Paklenica).
