This villa has it all! A fenced garden with heated pool, a private Taverne, Jacuzzi and Spa with Sauna. Villa Yespeace is located in the very heart of Zadar, only 2km from the old town and the nearest beaches. With its private heatable swimming pool it welcomes groups of up to 20 persons throughout the entire year. During our visit for Poolincluded.com we loved the hospitality of the owner.

The interior of your villa consists of 5 spacious and elegantly furnished apartments. Each apartment is air conditioned and has balcony access. There is a modern hotel style sauna at your disposal as well as a traditional Dalmatian tavern containing a stone barbecue. Equipped with a large dining table it serves as an ideal place to prepare and enjoy meals in company of family and friends. You can also gather in the large colorful garden which features another dining table. You are welcome to swim and refresh in the private pool located in front of the house or relax in one of the 3 Jacuzzis this accommodation has available. The swimming pool is open from 01/05 until 01/11. Gated parking is provided for up to 8 cars and even a small basketball court is at your convenience.

This villa provides a great location too, as the nearest beach is only a short 5-minute drive away, same as is the old town of Zadar where you can find narrow streets, beautiful churches, interesting museums and much more. Restaurants, stores and bakeries are all within a walking distance from your house. Two National Parks are less than 1h away by car (NP Krka, NP Paklenica), and daily boat excursions are organized from the city center to the third one (NP Kornati).
