You are welcome to experience the classic Danish authenticity of this bright and cozy abode situated in the heart of Aalborg. This central studio is part of a four-floor building which belongs to Aday-booking. being in the city center, gives you the opportunity to reach local attractions, restaurants, cafes, galleries and much more quickly and easily. It is also a 5-minute walk to the main station (bus and train) in Aalborg.

This studio apartment is beautifully decorated with brand new furniture, a smart TV with HBO, Netflix and other streaming and web services, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment also includes free access to a fast and stable WiFi 300/50Mbit connection.
You can enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood on the little sunny garden/backyard outside, and make your experience even better.

After each stay, we make sure that the entire apartment is cleaned thoroughly, as well as being DISINFECTED and SANITIZED in order to comply with the COVID-19 regulations.

The property is located at the center of Aalborg city, 300 m from Kennedy Arkaden, 300 m from Aalborg Train station, 300 m from the Aalborg bus station, 300 m from restaurants such as Cafe Luna, Mortens Kro, Cafe vito, 3 km from Aalborg Zoo & nature reserve, 6 km from Kridtgraven lake, 6 km from Aalborg airport, 20 km from Bisnap, Blokhus, Løkken sand beach, 20 km from Aalborg golf golf course, 35 km from Fårup Sommerland amusement park / theme park, 35 km from Fårup Sommerland water park. The residence is situated in a well connected neighbourhood close to a shopping area and restaurants.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, 20 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, central heating, 1 TV.
In the kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided.

Access:
Parking in front or on the side of the building is not allowed. However, you might be lucky enough to find a parking spot on the street, which is free of charge. Parking in the daytime (8-18) is only allowed for 1 hour. After 18.00 you can park until the next day at 8.00.
You will have access to the laundry room, which is located on the ground floor, free of charge.
As part of the booking process we will provide you with the code for your studio and you can check-in at any point after check-in time.

Space:
The studio is bright and spacious, and suitable for 4 guests. It has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with essentials such as towels and shampoo. There is a smart TV*, a dinner table for 4 people and a small coffee/laptop table.
Baby highchairs and cots/cribs are not included in the reservation. This extra service must be ordered minimum 24 hours before check-in. Duvets and pillows for the children are not available.

We provide all the necessities to make you feel at home.
